Only what you type into the contact form: your name, the email address or phone number you want a reply on, and the description of what you need.

The purpose is to answer you and, if it goes further, to prepare a quote. Nothing else.

The legal basis is your request, which is a pre-contractual step under Article 6(1)(b) RGPD.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months.

Where a project goes ahead, invoicing records are kept for the period Spanish tax and commercial law requires.

Your message is delivered by an email provider acting as a processor, and it is stored in an email inbox. It is not sold, shared, added to a mailing list or passed to advertising networks.

Analytics, if you consent to it, counts page visits. It is not used to build a profile of you and it does not run at all unless you accept it.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, at any time, by writing to hello@vayle.art.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos at www.aepd.es.
