One-person web studio · based in Spain
Your website live in 7 days. Price fixed before we start.
Websites for small businesses in Spain, Canada and the United States. And once the site is live, I am still here.
- From
- $1,000
- US dollars
- Live in
- 7 days
- working days for a one pager
- Price and date in writing, before anything starts
- You own the domain, the hosting and the code
- Loads in under two seconds on a phone

Who you write to
Nikita Roskladka
The studio is one person. You write, I answer the same working day, I design the site and I build it, and once it is live I am still the one who picks up. Nothing is handed to a junior and there is no account manager in between.

What a website actually costs
Most studios quote only after a call. Here are the real numbers, so you can work out your budget before you write to me.
Always included
- Legal pages and cookie banner
- Walkthrough guide, edit it yourself
- 7 to 30 days of fixes after launch
- Domain and code in your name
Prices are in US dollars. Clients outside the EU are invoiced without Spanish VAT, so the figure you see is the figure on the invoice.
The part nobody puts on their homepage
Five things you were told last time
If any of this has happened to you, you already know why the price and the date are on this page.
The price changed halfway
You agreed one figure and paid another. The difference was explained after the work was done, when saying no was no longer an option.
The date quietly disappeared
Two weeks became two months. Eventually you stopped asking, because chasing your own supplier started to feel like being difficult.
Then nobody answered
The site went live, you paid the invoice, and the replies got slower until they stopped coming at all.
Someone's nephew built it
It looks fine on a laptop. On a phone it does not, and now nobody can change a price or a phone number on it, including you.
SEO was extra
You assumed it was in the price. It was not, and you found out after launch, when the site was already invisible on Google.
Every promise on this page exists because one of those five happened to somebody.
How it works
You write. You get a price the same day
- 01Day 0
You write, not phone
Three fields on the contact form, or a WhatsApp message. What the business does, what the site has to do, anything you already have. No discovery call, no calendar link, no 30 minutes of my questions before you learn the price.
- 02Same day
Price and date, in writing
You get a fixed figure and a launch date the same working day. If the fit is wrong I say so instead of sending a quote you will not accept. Talk on the phone if you want to, but only after you have the number, and only if it helps you.
- 03Days 1 to 5
Design first, then build
You see the design before a line of code exists. Your comments go in one document, and the build starts once you approve the look. Who writes the text is agreed before we start, so nothing stalls in week two waiting on a paragraph.
- 04Days 6 to 7
Launch and handover
Domain, hosting and code go into your name, not mine. A screen recording or a written guide showing how to edit it, and fixes at no charge after launch: 7 to 30 days, depending on the package.
Those are the days for a one pager. A five to fifteen page site is 14 working days, a shop is about 21.
Scope
What you get for that
Listed in full, so nothing turns into an extra invoice in week three.
- Design and build, phone first, because that is where your customers are
- Legal pages, a privacy policy and a cookie banner for the country you sell in
- Basic SEO: titles, descriptions, sitemap, Search Console connected
- A contact form that reaches your inbox, tested before launch
- Analytics if you want it, and nothing loading before consent if you do
- A screen recording or written guide so you can edit the site yourself
- Contrast, keyboard, alt text and heading order, checked with the same tools I run on this site
- Fixes after launch at no charge: 7 to 30 days, depending on the package
What is not included
Half of trust is saying plainly what you do not do. These cost extra, and you see the figure before I touch anything:
- Languages beyond the one the site is built in, at $200 each
- Photography and video shoots
- Ongoing content writing after launch
- Anything not listed on this page. If it comes up mid project it gets its own quote first, in writing.
The obvious question
Why it costs less than an agency
You are not paying for an account manager, an office downtown, or a project manager who forwards your email to a developer and the reply back to you. You talk to the person building the site. That removes most of the cost and nearly all of the waiting.
What it does not remove is the work. The site is built by hand on the same stack I would use for a client paying five times more, and it is held to the same standard: it has to load in under two seconds on a phone and be readable by someone in their sixties standing in the sun.
After launch
When it breaks, somebody picks up
Website builders and phone companies sell sites by the year. Against a site nobody maintains they win on one point: somebody answers when it breaks. Here somebody answers, and the site is still yours.
Essential
$65/month
Hosting, updates, backups, security patches and one hour of content edits a month. Reply within one working day.
Growth
$130/month
Everything in Essential plus three hours of edits, speed monitoring and a short monthly report on what people actually did on the site.
Month to month. Cancel whenever, and the site stays yours either way, because it was always yours.
Questions
What people ask before they hire me
Does my online shop have to be accessible?
In the EU, the European Accessibility Act has covered online shops since June 2025, but microenterprises selling services are exempt: under 10 people and under 2 million euro of turnover. Most small businesses sit under that line and are not obliged. In Canada and the United States other rules apply, Ontario's AODA and the ADA among them. Either way the basics come with every site I build, and full WCAG 2.1 AA with a written declaration is an add on. Whether a rule covers your business is a question for your accountant or lawyer, not for me.
Do I have to get on a call first?
No. Write what you need and the price and date come back the same working day. If you would rather talk it through, we can, but after you have the number rather than before. Nobody should have to sit through a discovery call to find out whether they can afford something.
What happens if my site breaks after launch?
In the first 7 to 30 days, depending on the package, I fix it at no charge. After that it is covered by the care plan, with a reply inside one working day. Without a care plan I still fix it, billed by the hour, but you wait behind clients who have one.
Who owns the domain, hosting and code?
You do, from day one. The domain is registered in your name, not mine, and the hosting account is yours. If you decide to work with someone else next year, you take everything and change nothing. Studios that keep the domain in their own name are holding it hostage, and you should ask any supplier this question before you pay them.
Do you speak Spanish?
I work in English, Ukrainian, Russian and Polish. My Spanish is still basic, so Spanish and Catalan copy is written and proofread by a native speaker and official documents are in Spanish. I am telling you this on the website rather than letting you find out on the first call.
What if the project runs over budget?
It does not. The price is fixed before work starts and it is what you pay. If you ask for something outside the agreed scope, I quote it separately and wait for a yes in writing before touching it. There is no hourly meter running in the background.
Are you actually based in Spain?
I live in Catalonia and I am registering there as autónomo, so clients in Spain will be invoiced from Spain. I work remotely, which means Marbella, Barcelona and Toronto are the same distance from a video call. If you want somebody who will drive to your office, I am not that person, and I would rather say so now than after you have paid a deposit.
Do your prices include tax?
The prices on this site are before tax. For a client in Spain, Spanish IVA of 21% is added on the invoice: a registered business reclaims it, and if you are not registered, that is your real cost and you should know it now rather than at signature. Clients outside the European Union, in Canada and the United States among them, are invoiced without Spanish VAT.
Tell me what you need building
Three fields, no call. You get a price and a date the same working day, or an honest reason why I am not the right person for it.
